ACCESSIBILITY

At Glenmor we realise that some of our guests have additional requirements when it comes to accessibility, which is why we’ve designed one of our luxury lodges, Loch Turret, with these needs in mind.

The living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom (with ensuite) and bathroom of Loch Turret are all located on the ground floor, with only a further two bedrooms on the upper floor (unlike the other lodges, where the living areas are on the upper level). Just like our other lodges, Loch Turret has an outdoor terrace and dining area, which is partially covered, so you can make use of this wonderful space whatever the weather.

Further adjustments have been made to the lodge to provide additional space for wheelchair-users. All the doors have been widened to 1000mm – a 926mm door leaf. The bathrooms have also been modified to accommodate the majority of physical disabilities.

Alterations have been made to the kitchen, with surfaces lowered to 750mm above FFL (finished floor level). The fire alarm system has also been changed to be both visual and audio, with emergency alarm call systems added to alert those in the living area as well as an external visual indicator.

At Glenmor, our goal is for every guest to make the very most of their stay with us. If you have any specific requirements or wish to check suitability for your needs, please contact our staff at Resort Sales, who will be more than happy to assist.
