From a traditional Sunday lunch with all the trimmings served in our historic Ballroom, to Birnam brunch with Bellinis and Bloody Marys, or a sumptuous Champagne Afternoon Tea in The Glendevon, a trip to Gleneagles is guaranteed to gain lots of brownie points!

Mother’s Day Sunday lunch is served in the elegant and atmospheric setting of our historic Ballroom and is guaranteed to put the sparkle in her day! From £45.00 per person, comprising live music from Le Swing Quartet and a three-course menu:

Starter

Parsnip soup, roasted chestnuts
Gleneagles & Co smoked salmon, soft boiled quail egg, blood orange
Guinea fowl terrine, apple, sweet wine jelly, soda bread croûte
Heritage beetroot salad, goats’ cheese, truffle honey, toasted seeds

 

Main Course

Roast sirloin of aged Tweed Valley beef, Yorkshire pudding, crushed carrots, roast potatoes, celeriac purée, baby leek, red wine sauce
Grilled sea bass, buckwheat fragola, courgette, broad beans, young carrots, tomato dressing
Roast cod, mash potato, baby spinach, braised fennel, gremolata, white wine citrus sauce
Globe artichoke, sautéed spinach, creamed mushrooms, Ratte potatoes, truffle vinaigrette, pine nuts

 

Dessert

Milk panna cotta, heather honey and lavender sable
Valrhona chocolate tart, dulcey crémeux, white chocolate, lemon verbena
Mascarpone mousse, poached rhubarb, yuzu curd and basil sorbet
