The August Bank Holiday Weekend will see the return of the Gleneagles Seafood Bar, a fun and fresh pop-up in the grounds of the hotel serving a range of delicious Scottish seafood.
Overlooking the gardens and croquet lawn you’ll be able to enjoy dishes such as Hebridean Crab Salad, freshly grilled Langoustines, Loch Fyne Oysters and Smoked Salmon from our own Gleneagles & Co fine foods range. Take a seat to enjoy with a glass of wine or wander the glorious gardens, seafood in hand!
Scotland is famous for its seafood and shellfish, so we’re delighted to be working with the best Scottish suppliers to bring this fresh, new concept back to Gleneagles.
