Easter roast at Gleneagles

Easter Day – when the table’s buzzing with good conversation and the food and wine are flowing – is the perfect opportunity to gather with family and friends and celebrate that spring is here at last! From a hearty three-course Easter lunch with all the trimmings served in our historic Ballroom  or a sumptuous Champagne Afternoon Tea in The Glendevon, join us at Gleneagles and raise your glasses as we toast the new season!

Easter Sunday lunch is served in the elegant and atmospheric setting of our historic Ballroom with live music by Le Swing Quartet and a three course menu from £45 per person:


White bean velouté, mushroom granola
New season asparagus, crème fraiche mousse, white balsamic and hazelnut vinaigrette
Gleneagles and Co smoked salmon, cucumber and tomato dressing, sweet and sour lemon
Confit duck terrine, mango gel, passion fruit and soy emulsion, coriander


Main Course

Roast Sirloin of aged Tweed Valley beef, Yorkshire pudding, crushed carrots, spring greens, roast potatoes, red wine reduction
Grilled sea bream, Jersey Royals, samphire, shaved radish, hollandaise sauce
Roast rump of lamb, green beans, fondant potato, tomato and black olive jus
Crisp parmesan polenta, braised baby gem lettuce, spring vegetables, truffle sauce



Roasted almond financier, sour cherry and dark chocolate
Duck egg custard tart spiced with nutmeg, Scottish raspberry and orange blossom
Pineapple tart tatin, salted caramel, rum and raisin ice cream

Selection of Artisan cheese, grapes, celery, Gleneagles & Co chutney and oatcakes
