Our Day Spa Rituals include a wide range of facials, body treatments and massages, carefully developed to enhance your wellbeing. Whichever one you choose, it’s bound to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
All Day Spa visitors can enjoy full use of The Club’s facilities, with three pools, a gymnasium and an exercise studio. Arrive early and indulge in the spa’s powerful and therapeutic heat experiences – relax in the crystal steam room or hot sauna cabin and then cool down with a refreshing ice rub or an Arctic mist shower, before returning to another warm experience. Some Rituals also include a delicious and nutritious lunch at Deseo at the Spa.
Each treatment experience will commence with a full consultation with a therapist and a welcoming foot ritual. We suggest that you should arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to make full use of the heat experiences and pre-treatment relaxation spaces.
Spa Days by train
Why not travel by rail to enjoy an our indulgent Crystal Steam Age Day Spa at Gleneagles, where we will arrange complimentary transfers for you to and from either Gleneagles or Dunblane train station, so you can start relaxing as soon as you board your train.
