The Gleneagles Hotel and The Balmoral have teamed up to offer guests a true Scottish gourmet experience when combining a stay at both these legendary and award-winning hotels.
Guests will enjoy dinner in Michelin –starred number one at The Balmoral and Two Michelin-starred Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles. Both restaurants have deservedly won numerous accolades for their outstanding cuisine. Under the direction of Jeff Bland number one dishes have been created using only Scotland’s finest and freshest ingredients.Andrew Fairlie received much of his chef's training in the South West of France and consequently the cuisine is unashamedly French but with a Scottish twist.
