He's one of the country's most talented chefs and the culinary genius behind Scotland's only two-Michelin star restaurant. Andrew Fairlie is open for dinner only, between 6.30 and 10pm and is closed on Sundays.  Michelin Star Magic offer is valid Monday - Friday only.
