The Century Bar
Designed by David Collins Studio, the main hotel bar has undergone a stylish renovation, serving up the finest local food and drink with an emphasis on the pursuits of hunting, shooting and fishing.
By day, enjoy the “First of the Season” menu, including the Century Smoked Salmon Collection, local seafood and game. Serving everything from rich coffees (with a dram of whisky added if you prefer) and loose-leaf tea to an extensive cocktail menu, premium continental beers, and a wide range of wines and whiskies.
By night, it’s the place to sip fine single malts and tell tales of the day’s activities.
