This vibrant dining experience brings a real flavour of the Mediterranean menu to Perthshire.
Designed like a bustling food emporium, Deseo is full of fresh ingredients and tempting aromas. Your Deseo experience might be a beautiful steak, a perfectly grilled fish, tapas or pizza – whatever you want, served your way. Food inspired by the world, ingredients sourced in Scotland.
Deseo also offers a wide range of premium beef - choose your own prime cut of pure pedigree Scotch beef from premium breeds such as Belted Galloway, or the indigenous Highland. You can even cut your own steak! To help you choose, Deseo and local butcher Simon Howie have created a “breed book”, giving diners the chance to choose beef in the same way they’d select fine wines and whiskies. A different "guest" breed will feature weekly giving you the perfect excuse to return again and again.
There are many different seating areas, from quiet corner booths to big tables for big groups and comfortable bar stools where you get up close to the chefs as they prepare your dishes before your very eyes.
