Winter Maintenance (October 2009 - May 2010)
In order that we may present the golf courses in their best possible condition for the longest time throughout the year, we carry out a schedule of both summer and winter maintenance practices. When you join us, we will be in the winter maintenance schedule, carrying out work on all areas of the course, including our greens. Therefore, typically at this time of the year our greens will show signs of being treated and recovering from winter maintenance. This is normal and essential practice for courses with our climate conditions and our green fee rate has been set with this in mind.

Gleneagles is the first golf facility in the U.K. to employ the services of CADDIEMASTER. Founded in 1993, CADDIEMASTER’s long list of clients includes Augusta National Golf Club, Pinehurst Resort, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Properties, and Pebble Beach Golf Links. (Available April to October)
