GLENEAGLES CELEBRATES ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE AWARD
The Gleneagles® Hotel in Perthshire celebrated success at last night’s Catering in Scotland Excellence Awards held in Glasgow. The AA Five Red Star resort received the Sustainable Business award, which recognised its efforts to neutralise or reduce impact on the environment.
The awards distinguish the most talented individuals and organisations for their contribution to the Scottish catering and hospitality industry. Fiona Smith, Gleneagles’ Risk and Safety Manager collected the award on behalf of the resort.
Fiona commented:
