Braid House
Linked to the rest of the hotel through a glass walkway, the interiors of Braid House have been created in a classic contemporary style by the award-winning designer Amanda Rosa.
The spacious bedrooms bring a chic, understated elegance while remaining in touch with the refined ambience for which the resort is renowned the world over. Braid House’s tranquil interiors, decorated with different colour schemes on each floor, have been designed to harmonise with the hotel’s grounds and surrounding outlook over the Ochil hills.
All of the bedrooms have been fitted with the latest in technological innovations. This includes an all-in-one remote control with mastery over everything from the curtains, lights and air-conditioning to the interactive TV and DVD with keyboard based internet access. Other facilities include free-standing baths, safes, fireplaces and CD players and the rooms benefit from balconies and views of some of Scotland’s most magnificent panoramas.
Braid House residents have their own check-in facility and private access and the intimate feel is further reinforced by a secluded putting green and a sheltered garden bounded by Rhododendrons. Due to the unique nature of the design, business guests requiring intimacy and seclusion can also book the whole of Braid House for their functions and events.
The newly enlarged and refurbished Club, conveniently located next to Braid House is the ideal place for those who wish to relax and unwind at leisure. The Club has three pools, a large gym, dance studio and health suite. Situated adjacent to The Club is The Club Restaurant where a breakfast menu has been introduced to the dining options and is designed to appeal to guests staying in Braid House.
