"Hard Rock International held their first EMEA Sales & Marketing Conference at Gleneagles and from our initial enquiry, right through to when we pulled away, our every want, need and concern was adhered to in the most excellent fashion!
Guests' rooms, conference facilities and extracurricular activities were all first class as was the service we received throughout our stay. Sales managers from all over Europe, Africa and the Far East attended this conference and were all wowed by the service of the staff and the friendly expertise that was shown at every event.
Our Event Manager, Maxine Mallin, was on hand the entire time we were there and nothing was too much trouble for her and her team. She assisted in everything single thing we asked for - we would like to hire her ourselves!
