We call this private a la carte dining, but it's highly personal dining too, with menus designed just for your event. We steer away from restrictive banqueting packages and instead offer you an experience which is more akin to having your own restaurant for the evening – from the choice of dishes, to the exceptionally high standard of service.
The food is, of course, outstanding. Our chefs pride themselves on their creativity and ability to perfectly interpret the client’s brief. Inspired by the bountiful natural larder of Scotland, we are passionate about using quality seasonal and locally-sourced produce whenever possible.
The setting is guaranteed to be spectacular, whether you choose the Ballroom, the Glendevon room or something a little more intimate. Then there are truly unusual spaces like the original Cellars, where guests dine around the Sommelier's Table surrounded by artefacts from the hotel's long and proud history, sampling some of the finest wines and spirits on our list.
