Itineraries - we will help plan and produce your event programme
Transport - Gleneagles has its own chauffeur service based at the hotel. We can arrange coach transfers on your behalf.
Menu & Beverage Requirements - We will discuss all your dining requirements for each meal. Our chefs will be happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. Gleneagles' Sommeliers are available for consultation on all your beverage requirements for lunch, cocktails, wines for dinner and choice of after dinner liqueurs.
Printing - Menu cards can be printed and personalised with an inscription. Table plans can also be printed if required.
Flowers - The Gleneagles florists are highly skilled and will meet all your requirements from table and pedestal arrangements to presentation baskets and bouquets, ladies' corsages, gentlemen's buttonholes and room gifts.
Hair and Beauty packages at The Salon - The Salon will happily tailor any wedding package, to suit your needs.
Technical Requirements - Our team of technicians are well equipped to cater for all your requirements.
Hospitality Desk & Signage - Gleneagles can arrange all directional signage for your wedding.
Photography - Gleneagles has considerable experience in assisting with the co-ordination of these activities.
Entertainment - A wide range of special entertainment and themed evenings can be arranged at the Hotel including a Highland Piper on arrival, traditional Scottish dancing, musical interludes, function bands, after dinner speakers and the famous 'Beating Retreat' by the Gleneagles Pipe Band.
