What does a personal trainer do?
Gleneagles personal trainers will design an exercise programme tailored to meet your specific health and fitness goals. Trainers will provide guidance in exercise principles, in-depth information on every aspect of the session including programme design, weight selection, frequency and duration of the work out, and offer immediate feedback on completion of your session. The benefits of training are an increased sense of well being, improved muscle tone, improvement in aerobic fitness and the maximisation of weight loss.
